Garlic Scapes

Garlic scapes are the product of a hardneck garlic plant. If we were to leave the scapes on the plant, the plant would produce a significantly smaller bulb which is NOT ideal. Harvesting the scapes lets the plant focus on producing a larger bulb.

1/2 | a lemon juiced

1/8 tsp | fine sea salt
